Pretty pink radish dip with fresh dill herbs and the bright bold flavor of the radish, is a creamy unique dip that laughs at traditional appetizers and instead delights the taste buds with the new!
Creamy Radish Dip Recipe
Looking for a unique dip recipe? This radish dip, with a pretty light pink hue (not unlike this shrimp dip), has the tiniest, creamiest little crunch. For those of you that think that radishes are too spicy or hot to enjoy, the base of cream cheese makes this one enjoyable for even the largest of wimps and uses up that bag of radishes sitting in the bottom of your veggie drawer for the last month.
This dip recipe is on the loose side due to the watery nature of the radish (and must solidify in the fridge before serving)- if you prefer it a little thicker, just increase the sour cream and alteration suggestions are noted in the recipe card at the bottom of the page.

How to make Radish Dip with Cream Cheese
Set aside 1 radish that will be used at a later time for garnishing the top of the dip.
Quarter remaining radishes and place into a food processor.
Add cream cheese, garlic, dill, salt and pepper and process for 10 seconds.
Scrape down the sides and process for another 10 seconds.
Remove from food processor.
Add 1 cup sour cream and combine with spatula.
Spoon into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours to firm up.
Dip Notes
- Radishes have water in them and when broken down in the food processor add an amount of water to your dip. The cream cheese needs time to solidify back up in the fridge, which makes this dip one you need to make ahead and allow to get cold prior to serving.
- Do not like sour cream? Substitute a cup of Hellmann’s Mayo instead.
Create a Dip Garnish
You definitely do not have to garnish your dip, but it makes a nice presentation on the table if you are looking to class up your radish dip.
- Radish Flower: When ready to serve, use a carrot peeler to peel thin long slices of the radish. Roll to look like a flower. Place the radish flower and sprig of dill on top of the dip.
- Herbs: Add just a sprig of dill
- Bread Bowl: Serve your dip in a bread bowl and the insides of the bread bowl as the dippers
Complimentary Dippers for Radish Dip
- Sliced Cucumbers – Veggies on veggies? YES! Sliced cucumbers makes for a great low carb dip, keeping this one keto friendly too!
- Celery sticks – Just like cucumbers, celery sticks are great for dips.
- Melba Toast – I love the crunch of Melba Toasts and they hold up amazingly when it comes to cream dips. No soggy chip here!
- Butter Crackers like Ritz – Butter crackers have a smooth, salty taste that just go deliciously with dips.
- Chips – Of course! Choose strong chips like Ruffles that wont cave to the weight of a cream cheese dip.
