Texas Cheese Fries are ranch seasoned crispy fries loaded with cheese and bacon. Talk about an appetizer recipe that meets all the requirements; easy for a crowd, delicious, and super easy.
When it comes to making fries as an appetizer, you can know one thing- its filling. These Texas cheese fries are so good you can probably call it dinner as well! Build a plate for one or a plate for 20, the time is the same. I personally like the crinkle cut fries because they are thick and hold tons of delicious toppings really easily but feel free to use skinny fries, pre-seasoned fries or even tater tots for your plate.
Perfect for the big game, a Christmas party or just friends playing cards, if you plop down a big plate of these and some mini pigs in a blanket its a win for the whole crowd.

I use frozen fries, which are delicious and quick, however you can always go the extra mile and make homemade hand cut fries first and then add the toppings.
