Make the peanut butter mixture.

01

We like a super creamy peanut butter like Jif. Combine with melted butter and powdered sugar.

Combine well.

02

Starting with 2 cups of powdered sugar, slowly add until mixture starts to solidify enough to form a dough.

Portion out each ball.

03

A tablespoon scoop works perfectly to portion and shape buckeyes.

Make and set.

04

Make all peanut butter balls and place on a sheet pan covered in parchment. Put in fridge or freezer to set.

Dip hardened peanut butter balls.

05

Dip balls into melting chocolate or chocolate chips and set on parchment paper. Do all and put back in fridge to set chocolate.

Time to enjoy!

06

Once set, enjoy. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Buckeye balls are a PERFECT bake ahead and gift dessert. They taste just like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!
