Scoop the flesh into a food processor and discard the pit and skin.
Cut up cucumbers into small, diced pieces.
Add all the ingredients but salt - Avocado, Greek yogurt OR sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, diced cucumbers, cilantro and cayenne pepper and process for 15 seconds.
Scrape the sides down of the food processor and process for an additional 15 seconds until creamy and incorporated.
Season dip with salt and serve with pita bread.
