Dalgona Whipped Coffee TikTok Recipe

TikTok Whipped coffee is so easy to make - grab some instant coffee, milk and cream and you are on your way to a viral sensation in your own kitchen. Want to really get creative with your coffee? Try some caramel or chocolate drizzle, a WOW coffee that is even better than your local Starbucks! Dalgona Whipped Coffee was a super viral recipe that went crazy around the web. This whipped coffee is super creamy and fluffy and takes only minutes with a hand mixer. One of the best parts of this Korean inspired coffee is that it can be served as a hot coffee or a cold coffee and customized to favorite instant coffee flavors. Just 3 simple ingredients will have you setting aside traditional coffee maker machines for something special in the morning. Whipped coffee is just like it sounds - a whipped version of coffee that is light as regular coffee foam and combined with whipping cream or coffee creamers is a cloud like drink worth the hype.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons INSTANT Coffee
  • 3 Tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons HOT water
  • milk see below on how to measure what you need
  • whole cream see below on how to measure what you need

Instructions

  • Combine 2 tablespoons instant coffee blend, 3 tablespoons white sugar, and 2 tablespoons of HOT water into a mixing bowl.
  • Hand mix ingredients together until they become thick and frothy, about 5 minutes.
  • In a small glass (like a coffee cup, short tumbler or stemless wine glass work best), drizzle caramel around inside rim of glass.
  • Optionally add full ice cubes.
  • Pour milk until 1/3rd of glass is full.
  • Pour whole whipping cream for another 1/3rd in the glass.
  • Spoon whipped coffee on top of milk and cream, which is dense and will stay floating on top of milk mixture.
  • Fill rest of glass with WHIPPED cream out of a bottle.
  • Optionally sprinkle with cinnamon, chai, pumpkin spice or cookie crumbles.
  • Enjoy!

  • Caramel Sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cookie Crumbles
  • Exchange milk for almond milk
  • leave out whipping cream for full milk - this makes it less rich
