ground chorizo or hot sausage
cooked and drained

diced tomatoes with chilies

cream cheese

Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese
cubed
tortilla chips
Instructions
Add cooked sausage, canned tomatoes, chunks of cream cheese, and Queso Blanco Velveeta cheese to a slow cooker and mix all ingredients well.
Cover slow cooker and turn on high.
Stir dip after 30 minutes and again 30 minutes later.
Dip should be ready in 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Stir well and serve with tortilla chips and various toppings (if preferrd).
Notes
For easy clean-up, use slow cooker liners.
