Tuna Pasta Salad
8
oz
rotini pasta
1
can
9 oz, tuna, drained
1
large tomato
chopped
1/2
cup
chopped celery
1/2
cup
matchstick carrots
1
cup
real mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
Italian dressing
dry powder
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook rotini pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Make sure all water is well drained so the salad does not contain excess moisture.
Add cold Rotini to a large mixing bowl and add drained tuna, chopped tomato, chopped celery and shredded matchstick carrots.
Mix all ingredients very well.
Add 1 cup real mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon dry Italian dressing and mix well.
Generously season entire pasta salad with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate tuna pasta salad for 4 hours or overnight to marinate all flavors and give the best possible salad.
Stir well before serving to prevent settling.
