Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels | Sweet N Salty Appetizer
Cinnamon Sugar Coated hard pretzels slightly oven toasted and a perfect sweet and salty snack to munch on. Dial this recipe up by adding chocolate drizzle or pairing with oven toasted pecans.

Ingredients

bag of pretzels
typically 12-16 oz
1/2
cup
white sugar
2
tsp
of Ground Cinnamon
2/3
rd cup Vegetable Oil

x 17 Baking Sheet
Parchment paper
Instructions
Turn on your oven and let heat to 300 degrees.
Layer a piece of parchment paper on an 11 x 17 large sheet pan.
Dump bag of pretzels in a large bowl (a bowl big enough to stir in)
Layer cinnamon and sugar in your bowl.
Add oil.
Mix ingredients thoroughly until incorporated. Pretzels will have a sheen to them from the oil and you can visible see the sugar granules.
Add your pretzels to your baking sheet and spread as thin as you can.
Place in oven for 30 minutes, flipping pretzels every 8-10 minutes until done (So both sides can get roasted and toasted)
They are HOT HOT HOT when they come out of the oven, so be careful.
