In a large mixing bowl, add mayo, keto friendly sweetener like Monk Fruit or Stevia and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Remember that altering vinegar may have an affect on Keto and only certain vinegars, like white, are keto friendly.
Keto Friendly Broccoli Slaw Recipe
Combine bag of broccoli slaw, unsweetened dried cranberries, and walnuts in a bowl.
Mix dry ingredients till incorporated.
Pour keto friendly dressing into broccoli slaw and, using a spatula, combine until all slaw is covered in dressing.
Chill broccoli slaw for at least 2 hours prior to serving to allow flavors to melt together.
Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 3 days, stirring before serving to mix up any settling or moisture.
