2 ingredient Rolo Ritz Crackers

Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 24 Rolo candies unwrapped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange 24 Ritz crackers, top-side down, on a baking sheet.
  • Place 1 unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each cracker.
  • Bake for 3 minutes, just until the chocolate is shiny and softened. Do not overbake, 3 minutes is enough to soften without burning the caramel.
  • Remove from oven and immediately top each with a second Ritz cracker, top-side up. Gently press so the chocolate and caramel spread evenly. Press lightly to avoid cracking the top cracker.
  • Let cool at room temperature until set, or place in the fridge to speed up cooling.
