This quick and easy 2-ingredient treat combines buttery Ritz crackers with gooey Rolo candies for the perfect bite of sweet, salty, chocolatey caramel. Ready in under 10 minutes, they’re ideal for holiday trays, bake sales, or last-minute dessert cravings.
Arrange 24 Ritz crackers, top-side down, on a baking sheet.
Place 1 unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each cracker.
Bake for 3 minutes, just until the chocolate is shiny and softened. Do not overbake, 3 minutes is enough to soften without burning the caramel.
Remove from oven and immediately top each with a second Ritz cracker, top-side up. Gently press so the chocolate and caramel spread evenly. Press lightly to avoid cracking the top cracker.
Let cool at room temperature until set, or place in the fridge to speed up cooling.
