Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Chicken has never been easier - or tastier- when Air Fried with the Ninja Foodi (or like machine). Stuffed with herbed cream cheese and wrapped tightly with bacon, chicken breasts are cooked to perfection, a super easy weeknight dinner that the entire family will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup herb cream cheese
  • 6-8 slices bacon uncooked (2 slices per chicken breast)
  • chopped fresh parsley for serving

Instructions

  • Using a meat tenderizer, flatten chicken to 1/2".
  • Spread one side of chicken breast with cream cheese and roll up, beginning at the short end.
  • Wrap chicken with 2 slices of bacon, tucking the loose ends under the chicken.
  • Place the chicken into the pot.
  • Repeat entire process until all chicken breasts are prepared and in the pot.
  • Place the Air Crisp lid onto the Ninja Foodi.
  • Set the Air Crisp function to 390 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • When cooking is complete, open the pot and remove the chicken.
  • Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley and cracked pepper if using.
