Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Cut Potaotes into wedges
Wash potatoes and cut them in half.
Cut each half into half again and those halves in half so you have 4 slices. Repeat with the other half. Each potato will yield 8 wedges.
Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Place potatoes into a mixing bowl and add oil. Mix well to coat evenly.
Add spices and season potatoes, mixing well to coat.
Working in batches if necessary and carefully placing each potato wedge, skin side down, in a single layer in the basket, set the air fryer to air crisp and 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
When cooking is complete, remove them from the air fryer (metal tongs work well) and keep them warm.
Repeat until all potatoes are cooked. Serve immediately with desired dipping sauce.
