Banana Pancakes
Yummy fluffy banana pancakes are simply the best for mornings! This kid friendly recipe is a delicious way to use ripe bananas for a super quick, super delicious incredible stacks of made-from-scratch pancakes.

Instructions
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated white sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon and mix well. Set aside.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mashed banana, egg, milk, and oil and whisk well.

2 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 medium ripe banana
Combine dry and wet together
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Mixture can be lumpy.
How to Make Banana Pancakes
Heat an electric skillet to 375 degrees, and if desired, spray with cooking spray.
Drop batter in 1/4 cupful onto the hot skillet.
Heat each side of the banana pancake for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan and serve a stack of pancakes immediately topped with chopped bananas and powdered sugar if desired.
