Preheat oven to 350 and cut Hawaiian rolls in half down the center, leaving you with a top and bottom half of buns.
Place bottoms into a 9x11" baking pan and set aside.
In a large skillet, add uncooked beef, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Heat beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until beef is cooked and no longer pink. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix salad dressing, mayonnaise, sweet relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and spread half of the mixture onto the bottom buns.
Top with cooked hamburger mixture.
Add slices of American cheese and top with sliced pickles.
Spread the remaining big mac sauce on the underside of the top buns and place top of sliders on the beef in the pan.
Assembly should now be complete. Spread the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sliders for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot.
Remove buns and add shredded lettuce before serving.
