These Buffalo Chicken Sliders bring a perfect balance of heat and creaminess, making them a crowd favorite for parties, game days, or an easy weeknight meal. Packed with tender chicken, buffalo wing sauce, Colby jack cheese, and provolone, these sliders are baked on soft Hawaiian rolls. Serve them with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping!

1/2cupcottage cheese
1cupshredded colby jack cheese
6slicesprovolone cheese
2tablespoonsbuttermelted

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 11"x7" baking pan with nonstick spray. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the prepared pan.

Layer the provolone cheese slices on top of the rolls.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and cottage cheese. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the provolone cheese.

Sprinkle the shredded colby jack cheese over the chicken mixture. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.

Brush the melted butter on top of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are hot in the center.

Notes
