Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top. The rack is important because it keeps the crackers from sitting in grease and helps them crisp up evenly.
Arrange the Club crackers in a single layer on the wire rack. It’s fine if they touch slightly, but avoid overlapping.
Top each cracker with a ¼ slice of bacon. Thin-cut bacon works best here; it crisps faster and keeps the balance right. If needed, fold the bacon slightly or trim it so it doesn’t hang over the edge. Slice the bacon into fourths rather than thirds to get the right fit.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar directly on top of the bacon.
Optional but recommended: Lightly dust each cracker with McCormick’s Smokehouse Maple seasoning.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until the bacon is fully cooked and the sugar has caramelized. If your bacon is especially thin or your oven runs hot, start checking around the 50-minute mark to avoid burning.
Cool slightly before serving. These are best served warm or at room temperature. If you have leftovers, reheat in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes to crisp them back up.
