Ingredients

white rice

water

chicken broth

tablespoon
butter

lime

chopped cilantro
Instructions
Add rice, water and broth to a sauce pan. Heat on medium high heat until boiling.
Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Remove rice from heat and stir.
Add in juice of 1 lime and zest of one lime.
Stir in chopped fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
