How to make Dorito Casserole
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken and packet of taco seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.
Add salsa, sour cream, corn, and cream of chicken soup to the bowl. Mix well.
Stir in the frozen diced hash brown potatoes and 2 cups of the shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes, then top with the crushed Doritos. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot, topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream if desired.
