Tropical Fruit Salad TIPS:

  1. For the lemon you want to squeeze the lemon juice into the salad with your hand. When you squeeze it by hand, make sure you don't let any seeds slip into the fruit salad, because ick.
  2. Then place it into the lemon squeezing gadget, cut sided down and squeeze the remaining juice out.
  3. I always spray my measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray before measuring the honey. This makes sure that nothing sticks inside your measuring cup and is a good rule to follow.
  4. Serve over Vanilla Pudding, Granola, Yogurt, or even ice cream!
  5. Ginger is super strong. Start light and move your way up.
