Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, toss frozen broccoli with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket for even cooking.
Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, then shake the basket. Repeat two more times for a total of 15 minutes.
Check for doneness; add 2 more minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
Remove from the air fryer, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
Notes
Shake the basket every 5 minutes
to ensure even crisping.
Smaller florets may cook faster
—check at
10 minutes
to prevent overcooking.
For extra crunch,
extend the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
Customize the flavor
with red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, or nutritional yeast.
