Preheat the oven to 350 and spread softened cream cheese into the bottom of a pie plate. If you prefer to season cream cheese first, we recommend a taco seasoning packet (1 oz.) or your favorite pantry spices.
Top cream cheese with canned Hormel chili and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on the top and bake the chili dip for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
