Old Fashioned Fruit Salad (with Cherry Pie Filling)
Sliced fresh kiwi, bananas, strawberries, and grapes wrapped in sweet canned cherry pie filling. Delicious and sweet side salad, perfect all summer long.

Ingredients

strawberries
trimmed and quartered
1
lb
seedless grapes
halved (red or green- your choice)

kiwis
peeled and sliced

bananas
peeled and sliced

can of cherry pie filling
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the strawberries and grapes under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Quarter the strawberries, halve the grapes, and slice the kiwi and bananas.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, grapes, kiwi, and bananas.
Gently fold in the cherry pie filling until all the fruit is uniformly coated. A spatula is a great way to mix in.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve, or enjoy it immediately if preferred.
Notes
Consider adding a tropical twist by including pineapple chunks and mango slices.
For added texture, sprinkle chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts on top before serving.
