4cupsrotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded or cubed (about one chicken)
¼cupBBQ Sauce
15oz.whole corncan drained
15.25oz.black beanscan, drained and rinsed
2cupstomatoeschopped
2avocadoscubed
3romaine heartschopped
¼cupfresh cilantrochopped
BBQ Ranch Dressing
¼cupBBQ Sauce
1cupButtermilk
¼cupranch dressing
2tbsp.fresh dillor 1 tbsp dried dill if you prefer dried

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix shredded or cubed rotisserie chicken with ¼ cup BBQ sauce until well coated. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the drained corn, black beans, chopped tomatoes, cubed avocados, romaine hearts, and cilantro. Gently toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and dill until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the BBQ chicken to the salad bowl. Pour the BBQ ranch dressing over the top and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: If prepping ahead, add avocado right before serving to prevent browning.
