Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 24 Ritz crackers, top side down, in a single layer in a baking dish.
Use a 2-inch round cutter to cut ham into 24 rounds. Place one ham round on each cracker. Cut each Swiss cheese slice into 4 rounds (using the same cutter). Place one cheese round on top of the ham.
Top each stack with another cracker to form a sandwich.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the cracker sandwiches with the butter mixture. Sprinkle poppy seeds over each sandwich.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving warm.
