Notes
If you prefer a crispier onion, add and cook onion about 1-2 minutes prior to adding mushrooms. This gives the onions a bit more time to cook and get more golden brown. This is just simply a preference. Mushrooms and onions make a great topping for steak, burgers, or even a mix in to vegetables like green beans. Enjoy!
