Instructions
Add oats and a ripe banana to a bowl and mash well together with a fork.
Add baking powder, melted coconut oil, and milk and mix well.
Add ground cinnamon and mini chocolate chips.
Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
Pour batter into cookie shape onto parchment paper and spread to about 4" in diameter and 1/2" thick.
Set the air fryer to Air Crisp (This language is specific to Ninja Foodi) or Air Fryer, 375 degrees, for 8 minutes.
When cooking is complete, remove from air fryer and let stand to cool until warm.
