Ingredients
- 5 lbs small round potatoes
- 16 oz. bacon
- 1 oz. dry ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each slice of bacon into thirds.
- Wrap bacon around each potato, keeping the seams on the bottom. Place on baking sheet.
- If needed or serving at a party, you can insert a toothpick into the potato and place onto the baking sheet.
- Repeat until all bacon and potatoes are covered.
- Sprinkle tops of potatoes with ranch seasoning and bake for 30 minutes, or until your baby potatoes cut through easily.
- Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes to cook a little (They get super hot!) and serve.
- Recipe easily adaptable by adjusting how many potatoes you need for your side dish or appetizer
