Instructions
Drain the container of burrata cheese and place it in the center of a serving plate.
Cut the small grape and cherry tomatoes in half, then spread them around the burrata cheese on the plate. Feel free to add more than the recipe requires if you want a bite of tomato with every cheese bite.
Chop the red onions and sprinkle them over the tomatoes. Then, chop the fresh basil and sprinkle it over the top of the tomatoes.
Drizzle the tomatoes and onions with your favorite brand of balsamic glaze.
Drizzle the top of the burrata cheese with extra virgin olive oil.
Season everything generously with large grain coarse salt, freshly ground pepper, and optionally a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. Serve salad immediately and enjoy!
