Sweet, salty, and incredibly addictive, these butter toffee pretzels are coated in a glossy homemade toffee that bakes low and slow for the perfect crunch. Made with simple pantry ingredients and your choice of toffee bits, this easy snack is great for gifting, holidays, or anytime snacking.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add mini pretzels to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Heat over medium and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, continue stirring for 5 minutes so the sugar fully dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda. The mixture will foam.
Immediately pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and stir to coat as evenly as possible. Spread the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle half the bag of toffee bits across the top.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring and flipping the pretzels every 15 minutes so they dry evenly. Once done, transfer the pretzels to a parchment lined counter or table. Break apart any clusters and spread the pretzels into a single layer to cool completely.
When fully cooled, store in an airtight container.
