Ingredients
2-3lbsstrawberrieswashed and sliced in half
8oz.cream cheesesoftened
7oz.marshmallow cream
3oz. strawberry gelatindry powder only
8oz.Cool Whip Whipped Toppingthawed
1-2graham crackersfinely crushed, I also recommend crushed oreos
Instructions
Begin by slicing your strawberries in half and placing them cut side up on a serving platter or flat surface. If any strawberries don't lay flat, shave off a small part of the bottom to make them stable.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth. Add the strawberry gelatin powder and Cool Whip whipped topping, and continue to beat until everything is well combined. No need to overmix.
Spoon the strawberry cheesecake mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip (such as a 1M tip). Pipe a generous dollop of the filling onto each
Sprinkle the filled strawberries with finely crushed graham crackers.
Serve deviled strawberries immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
Notes
I recommend prepping these right before you are ready to serve so you do not crush the beautiful pipped cheesecake. Another tip is if you want chocolate dipped strawberries, you can use hardening chocolate around the halved strawberries, then let set, then add the cheesecake stuffing so you get a chocolate covered strawberry stuffed with cheesecake. Yum!
