I’ve made these deviled cheesecake strawberries more times than I can count, and they never fail to disappear within minutes! Juicy strawberry halves are filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for the perfect no-bake dessert.

Not only do they taste amazing, but they also look gorgeous on a dessert tray—ideal for parties, holidays, or just a fun treat at home.

This is one of my favorite last-minute dessert recipes because it requires no cooking, comes together in minutes, and is always a crowd-pleaser. Plus, any leftover cheesecake filling can be used as a dip with fresh fruit, making this a win-win recipe!

Ingredients for Cheesecake Strawberries

This recipe is a twist on my strawberry fruit dip, transformed into a filling for fresh strawberries. If you love strawberries and cheesecake flavors, you’re in for a treat!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 lbs. fresh strawberries, washed and sliced in half
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 1 small package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (dry powder only)
  • 1 small tub (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
  • 1-2 graham crackers, finely crushed

Pro Tip: For the best presentation, use firm, ripe strawberries that aren’t overly soft. This helps them hold their shape when filled.

How to Make Deviled Cheesecake Strawberries

Step 1: Prep the Strawberries

Slice each strawberry in half and place them cut-side up on a flat serving platter. If any strawberries are wobbly, shave off a small portion from the bottom so they sit level. This keeps the filling stable and makes piping easier.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream until completely smooth—no lumps! Add the dry strawberry gelatin powder and thawed Cool Whip, then continue beating until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully combined.

Step 3: Fill the Strawberries

Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip (1M tip works best). Pipe a generous dollop onto each strawberry half. For the best look, double-pipe a second layer on top to create a pretty swirl.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the filled strawberries. If you want to mix things up, try crushed Oreos, chocolate shavings, or even a drizzle of Nutella, caramel, or melted chocolate!

Serving Tip: These are best served immediately, but you can refrigerate them for up to 2 days in an airtight container.

Helpful Tips for this Recipe

Storage: While these are best enjoyed fresh, they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Just know that strawberries release moisture over time, which may soften them.

Party Favorite: I make these for birthday parties, summer BBQs, and holidays, and they always go fast! They’re also a fun and easy treat for special occasions like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or anniversaries.

Topping Variations: Instead of graham crackers, try crushed cookies, toasted coconut, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of ice cream strawberry sauce. Get creative!

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Prep Time 15 minutes
Fresh strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with graham cracker crumbs. A perfect no bake dessert for any occasion.

Equipment

  • Piping Bag
  • 1M tip for piping bag or similar, shape is really up to you

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs strawberries washed and sliced in half
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz. marshmallow cream
  • 3 oz. strawberry gelatin dry powder only
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip Whipped Topping thawed
  • 1-2 graham crackers finely crushed, I also recommend crushed oreos

Instructions

  • Begin by slicing your strawberries in half and placing them cut side up on a serving platter or flat surface. If any strawberries don’t lay flat, shave off a small part of the bottom to make them stable.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth. Add the strawberry gelatin powder and Cool Whip whipped topping, and continue to beat until everything is well combined. No need to overmix.
  • Spoon the strawberry cheesecake mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip (such as a 1M tip). Pipe a generous dollop of the filling onto each
  • Sprinkle the filled strawberries with finely crushed graham crackers.
  • Serve deviled strawberries immediately, or cover and refrigerate.

Notes

I recommend prepping these right before you are ready to serve so you do not crush the beautiful pipped cheesecake.
Another tip is if you want chocolate dipped strawberries, you can use hardening chocolate around the halved strawberries, then let set, then add the cheesecake stuffing so you get a chocolate covered strawberry stuffed with cheesecake. Yum!
