3 cups chicken breast cooked and cubed
1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
8 oz. sour cream
1 oz. dry ranch seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
32 oz. tater tots left frozen till use

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked bacon, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
Add the frozen tater tots and mix well to combine evenly.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and gently press down to fill the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and hot. Serve casserole immediately.

Notes

Add spices such as garlic powder, paprika, or chili powder for an extra kick of flavor.

Substitute ground beef or turkey for the chicken.
