Ingredients

cream cheese
softened and cut into cubes

shredded pepper jack cheese

shredded Chihuahua Cheese

sour cream

rotel tomatoes
(recommended: Lime & Cilantro)

chili powder

onion powder

garlic powder

whole whipping cream
Instructions
In a saucepan, add cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, Queso cheese, sour cream and tomatoes and seasonings.
Heat mixture over medium low heat, stirring frequently until mixture is melted. .
Add whole whipping cream and heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is a smooth consistency.
Let sit 5 minutes to thicken (optional)
Serve immediately with chips
