Chocolate pretzel wreaths are an easy no bake holiday dessert made with crunchy pretzels, green candy melts, cinnamon candies, and Christmas sprinkles. They have the perfect sweet and salty combo and are great for holiday trays, gift bags, and classroom parties.
Line a flat surface with parchment paper. A baking sheet, large cutting board, or the table works well. Use two sheets if making a full batch.
Sort pretzels by shape. Arrange matching pretzels into a circle on the parchment paper before dipping.
Microwave about half of a standard bag of dark green candy melts according to package directions, stirring until smooth.
Dip half of each pretzel into the melted candy and place back into the circle shape on the parchment paper. Each pretzel should touch the next to help them bond as they set.
Once the first layer is complete, add a second layer using the same number of pretzels. Overlap the seams from the bottom layer for strength.
While the candy coating is still soft, decorate with cinnamon candies and holiday sprinkles. Let wreaths set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.
Once set, gently remove wreaths from the parchment paper using a thin spatula.
