Clear a place in your freezer for your drinking glasses so set on a level surfae.
Using kitchen shears, cut rosemary into small pieces that will fit into your glasses.
Carefully tie a piece of dental floss on the top of the rosemary (you'll need about an 8-12" piece of floss)
Place rosemary sprig into the center of a drinking glass, making sure it touches the bottom. Gently affix the floss to the sides of the glass and attach with tape. The floss doesn't need to be super tight across the glass, or even level with the top of the glass, it just needs to hold up the rosemary.
Add a few pomegranate arils. Slowly add water to glass, covering enough of the sprig that it has a good frozen base. Freeze glass overnight.
When ready to use, remove Christmas cocktail glasses from freezer, take off floss and tape from the glass. Gently pour in your favorite clear spirits or drinks (water, grape juice, champagne, Sprite or & up) and serve immediately.
