Crockpot Beer Cheese Dip
Slow cooker beer cheese dip with cream cheese, cheddar and beer. Easy to assemble and stays melty and hot all party long. Serve with bread, raw vegetables, and soft pretzels.

cream cheese

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

bacon
cooked and chopped

garlic powder

paprika

pretzel bites for serving
Instructions
Cook bacon till crispy. Cool and roughly chop into bite sized pieces. Set aside one tablespoon of chopped bacon for topping.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, paprika, and beer to a slow cooker.
8 oz. cream cheese,
2 tbsp sour cream,
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,
½ tsp garlic powder,
½ tsp. paprika,
6 oz. beer
Heat on high for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth and hot.
Serve topped with reserved cooked bacon and soft pretzel bites. Makes 4 cups of beer cheese.
