How to make Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes
Add potatoes to the prepped slow cooker.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes.
Season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and one teaspoon of onion powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine cut chicken, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
Drizzle the top of the chicken with Garlic Parmesan wing sauce.
Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 4-6 hours. The exact timing will depend on the size of your slow cooker and the size you cut the potatoes and chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked through and registers 165 degrees on a meat thermometer and the potatoes are tender, stir all ingredients together.
Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover again and let sit for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
