Crockpot Ranch Mushrooms

  • 1 lb. White Button Mushrooms cleaned
  • 1 stick butter sliced or cubed
  • 2 oz. Ranch Seasoning Packet most dry ranch seasoning is 1 oz packet, just buy 2 packets.
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth

Instructions

  • Begin by placing half of the butter in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Layer the button mushrooms on top of the butter.
  • Distribute the remaining butter over the mushrooms.
  • Top white mushrooms with packets of ranch seasoning mix evenly.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to high heat for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, remove the cover and stir the contents well.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and continue cooking on high for an additional 2 hours.
  • Serve mushrooms hot as a side dish, topping for steak, or an easy side dish.
