1cupgourmet medley small tomatoes or grape tomatoes
8oz.burrata cheesedrained
30fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper
¼olive oil
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
Slice heirloom tomatoes 1/4" thick. Slice the small grape or colorful medley tomatoes in half.
3 heirloom tomatoes, 1 cup gourmet medley small tomatoes or grape tomatoes
Place half of the tomatoes on a serving plate, keeping the tomatoes in a single layer.
Cut half of the cheese into small pieces and place onto the serving plate. Top with half of the basil leaves.
8 oz. burrata cheese, 30 fresh basil leaves
Drizzle half of the olive oil and half of the vinegar on top. Season with salt and pepper.
¼ olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
Repeat, creating a second layer and using all of the tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to mingle.
