These Ham and Cheese Sliders are a classic and always a hit at any gathering. Made with layers of thinly sliced ham and melted Swiss cheese, topped with a buttery poppy seed glaze, these sliders are baked to golden perfection. The sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls perfectly complements the savory ham and cheese, making these sliders a go-to for parties, holidays, or even an easy dinner.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 11"x7" baking pan with nonstick spray. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the prepared pan.
12 oz slider-size Hawaiian rolls
Layer half of the ham over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese, and then the remaining ham slices. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
12 ounces thinly sliced ham, 6 slices Swiss cheese
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden and slightly crispy. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve hot.
Notes
Reheat leftovers: To keep the rolls crispy, reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
