Loaded Oven Baked Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Oven Baked Philly Cheese Steak Dip has tender diced sirloin

Ingredients

tablespoon
butter
1/2
green pepper
seeded and diced
1/2
red pepper
seeded and diced
1
small onion
diced
3-4
fresh mushrooms
diced

diced beef sirloin
cooked

8 ounces, cream cheese, cubed
1/2
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
plus 2 tablespoons
1/2
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
Instructions
If your beef is already cooked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Add butter, green and red pepper, onion and mushrooms to a large skillet.
Heat over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until onions are tender.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in beef and cream cheese and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until cheese is all melted.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
Spoon into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned.
