Ingredients

chicken breast
cubed

tablespoons
taco seasoning

can
15 oz, black beans, drained and rinsed

can
15 oz, corn, drained
1/2
cup
salsa
1/2
cup
water
1
cup
shredded cheese
2
cups
crushed tortilla chips
chopped green onions
optional for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. If using a baking pan, grease with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat chicken until browned.
Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Stir in beans, corn, salsa and water.
Heat on medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
Pour into baking pan if using or top with chips and cheese.
Heat for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
Serve immediately topped with green onions .
