Sliced fresh olive dip with green olives and black olives, a perfect Meditteranean appetizer dip full of bold dleicious flavors. Great cheese board addition!
5oz.Spanish olives stuffed with pimentosdrained and sliced
6ozblack olivesdrained and sliced
⅓cupred onionchopped
1large tomatodiced
3tbspolive oil
1½tbspred wine vinegar
1tbspminced garlic
2-3dropshot sauce
black pepper
pita chips for serving
Instructions
Carefully prep ingredients by draining olives and hand slicing. Chop tomato and diced red onion.
Mix together green olives, black olives, red onion, and tomato.
Add olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, and hot sauce. Season with pepper and stir well.
Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve and to let the flavors mingle.
Serve with pita chips or pita crackers.

Notes
If you want more of an olive spread, use a food processor to blend and dice down the ingredients smaller. In this case, we wanted a thick beautiful olive dip that really showcased the green olives and black olives together. Hand slicing olives, while tedious because they are so small, also keep the delicious little pimento inside the slices.
