Instructions
Prep all ingredients by dicing and cutting uniformly. A food chopper can help keep everything evenly sized.
Add the pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice to a large mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly combined. Season with salt to taste and mix again.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or let the salsa rest for about 30 minutes, stirring once before serving to allow the flavors to blend. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving again.
