Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add canned refried beans, sour cream, softened cream cheese, taco seasoning, and 4 cups of blended Mexican cheese to a stand mixer.
Beat ingredients until combined well.
Spread the bean and cream cheese mixture into a foil pan and top with the remaining 2 cups of cheese.
Bake Texas Trash Dip for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
Serve warm bean dip immediately with homemade tortilla chips or scoopable corn chips.
