- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ fresh lemon juice and zest
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flake
- 1 tsp dried ground thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add butter and minced garlic to a small skillet.
