Kool Aid Pie

Kool Aid pie is one of those ridiculously easy no bake desserts that comes together with just a few ingredients. The cherry Kool-Aid gives the filling all of its flavor, and a premade graham cracker crust keeps the prep especially simple.
I topped mine with whipped topping and maraschino cherries, which makes a very simple pie look a little more finished without adding much extra work. Just make sure you give it enough refrigerator time to fully set before slicing.

If no bake pies are your thing, my Root Beer Float Pie is another fun one made with a graham cracker crust, or try these No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Bars for a more traditional cherry dessert.
Ingredients
You only need four ingredients for the actual pie, plus maraschino cherries for decorating.
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk โ Make sure you are using sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk.
- 1 package (.13 oz) unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid drink mix โ The small unsweetened packet is what you want here. There is already plenty of sweetness from the condensed milk.
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed โ Reserve 1/2 cup before making the filling so you have enough to decorate the finished pie.
- 1 graham cracker crust (6 oz) โ A premade crust keeps this completely no bake.
- Maraschino cherries โ For topping the finished pie.

How to Make Kool Aid Pie
Before making the filling, scoop 1/2 cup of the whipped topping into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Cover and refrigerate it while the pie chills.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and cherry Kool-Aid powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk until the Kool-Aid mix is completely incorporated and the mixture is an even color.

Fold in the remaining whipped topping until everything is well combined and there are no white streaks left.

Spoon the cherry filling into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly all the way to the edges.

Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours.
Once the pie is chilled and set, pipe the reserved whipped topping around the top. Add one maraschino cherry to each dollop, then slice and serve cold.
KEEP THIS PIE COLD TILL READY TO SERVE.

Can You Make Kool Aid Pie With Other Flavors?
Yes. You can swap the cherry packet for another flavor of unsweetened Kool-Aid and keep the rest of the recipe the same. I used cherry here because it works well with the maraschino cherry topping.
For another creamy no bake pie with a completely different flavor, my Grasshopper Pie combines mint Oreos with a creamy mint filling and is a great make-ahead dessert.
