How to Air Fry Frozen Pizza Rolls

Air Fryer Pizza Rolls – Step-by-Step: Not every night calls for a homemade meal, and honestly, that’s okay. When you want something easy that still hits the spot, this air fryer method is your go-to.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pizza rolls (Totino’s or your preferred brand)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Place pizza rolls in a single layer in the basket. No oil spray is needed.
  3. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Check at the 5-minute mark to avoid bursting. Pizza rolls can overheat quickly and leak tomato sauce or cheese. I recommend removing with tongs.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce. I like pizza sauce, ranch, or marinara, but my VERY FAVORITE is to turn these into Garlic Parmesan Pizza Rolls!
  6. Repeat in batches as needed based on how many you’re making.

Tips for Best Results

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket. A single layer ensures even crisping.
  • Keep an eye on them. Once they start puffing up, they’re close to bursting.
  • Want them extra crispy? Add 1 more minute of cook time, but watch carefully.

Storage & Reheating

Have leftovers? Store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 350°F to bring back the crisp.

Instructions

  • Preheat Ninja Foodi Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 360 degrees with air fryer basket inside.
  • Place FROZEN pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Heat frozen pizza rolls for 5-6 minutes at 360 degrees. Start checking at the minute mark any minute after if you have a level of crunch you prefer. However note that if you overcook, they will burst tomato sauce out the side. The 5 minute mark as suggested does not burst the pizza rolls.
  • Serve pizza rolls immediately while hot with a dipping sauce like extra pizza sauce, marinara (as shown), or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Its important to note when making frozen foods like pizza rolls and mozzarella sticks that the inside is HOT. Remove with tongs from air fryer to avoid the heat/burns.
  • The air fryer basket with the ninja foodi holds approximately 18 pizza rolls in a single line, which is enough for 3 servings. Other air fryers may have different parameters.
  • Serve with ranch, pizza sauce, or marinara.
  • PREHEAT the air fryer.
