Chocolate Almond Butter Fat Bombs
Combine all ingredients.
Blend well until smooth and no longer lumpy.
Use a 1 tablespoon portion scoop to scoop into a silicone mold.
If you do not have a tablespoon measuring scoop, you should buy one. I use them in almost all my recipes and it makes things so much easier.
Freeze until firm (about 30 minutes) and pop fat bombs out of the mold.
Store in the refrigerator.
You can store your fat bombs for about 1 week, so don’t go crazy making hoards of them.
Remember, these are not counter friendly!! If you leave them out too long, they will melt and be fat bomb soup. 🙂
Makes 12-15, 1 tablespoon cubes.
