- Fresh green beans – as always, wash and drain beans of excess water!
- butter
- minced garlic
- diced onion & diced mild bell peppers (I combined red, yellow, and orange)
- kosher salt and ground black pepper
How to make Sauteed Diced Green Beans
- Dice green beans into small pieces. Set aside.
- Add butter, garlic, and onions to a skillet and heat over medium heat, frequently stirring until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add beans and peppers to the hot skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until green beans are done to your liking.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
